 YVETTE MAGGIO
Along with her duties as Office Manager, Ms. Maggio is a Senior Graphics
Designer.
Having worked in the telecommunications industry for the past ten years, Ms.
Maggio has supervised CAD departments and is fluent in AutoCad as well as
numerous additional software and mapping programs. Ms. Maggio has produced
construction drawings depicting copper and fiber optic cable, including conduit
and manhole systems, as well as large cable and circuit schematics. She
frequently assists in the overall management of specific telecommunications
projects including scheduling and project coordination.
Additionally, Ms. Maggio provides network data research via the LERG (Local
Exchange Routing Guide) relative to routing and is also in charge of circuit
ordering for switched access, special access and trunking order activity via the
Access Service Request (ASR) ordering process.
Ms. Maggio also assists in planning and coordination of company-sponsored
industry seminars.
Ms. Maggio has attended RBOC sponsored courses relative to circuit provisioning
and earned an Associate Degree in Technical Drafting/AutoCad with specialization
in Industrial Piping Design from the Baton Rouge Regional Technical Institute.
Prior to joining the telecommunications industry, Ms. Maggio was a legal
secretary and member of the Baton Rouge Association for Professional Legal
Secretaries.
