Our approach to training is highly dependent on specific customer
requirements. Scope, duration, content, and even scale are flexible and will be
specifically detailed prior to development of the training plan.
The following course descriptions offer a good glimpse into our Training
product:
Telecommunications 101
A basic industry primer. Intended to be relevant to anyone who works for a
telecom provider or user. Our Telecom 101 course is flexible enough to focus on
your technology and on your marketplace, but consistent enough to cover all of
the important bases.
Customer Service
This is a very flexible product. We can develop entire CSR training programs
that could fill a week, or we can develop one and two hour presentations
suitable for monthly training meetings. In either case the training will
provide your team with new skills and a new desire to use them. We build on the
"educate the customer" concept with specific tools and tricks of the trade which
will prepare them to identify and seize cross sell / up sell opportunities.
Marketing Concepts for Voice and Data Products and Services
Teaches basic marketing principles and techniques to telecom oriented product
managers. Focuses on understanding known and hidden costs associated with
providing telecom services, as well as on gauging demand for the product or
service within the marketplace. In addition, the class will perform various
exercises designed
to
stimulate ideas about how your company might build uniqueness into your voice
and data products. The class will analyze these opportunities, select one, and
then prepare a business case study suitable for presentation to any level of
management.
Sales Force Training
We focus on the following key elements of a successful sales staff:
1. Understanding the products, services and prices.
2. Know the customers playground. A virtual tour of your customer's switchroom
3. Building customer loyalty
4. Managing the relationship, not reacting to it.
5. Platform skills in the information age
6. The ICB, and when to take a walk
A successful sales force is a basic requirement of any successful business. This
course will help your sales force close more business.
