FCC Spring 2011 Unified Agenda
Twice a year, in spring and fall, the Commission publishes in the Federal Register a list in the Unified Agenda of those major items and other significant proceedings under development or review that pertain to the Regulatory Flexibility Act. See 5 U.S.C. 602. The Unified Agenda also provides the Code of Federal Regulations citations and legal authorities that govern these proceedings.

FCC "Red Light" Status Impacts USF Support Payment Disbursement The Red Light Rule was enacted by the FCC in November 2004
pursuant to the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996. The Red Light Rule states that any entity sharing a Tax ID (TIN) with an entity that has a delinquent balance due to the FCC or its
components (Universal Service Fund (USF), Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS), Local Number Portability (LNP), and North
American Numbering Plan (NANP)) is not eligible to receive benefits until the delinquent balance is paid. To understand these rules including the notification process, the payment cycle or preventative measures contact CCG.
