ROBERT A. ("DREW") HART IV
Drew Hart is the Senior Professional Engineer at CCG Consulting, Inc. His
responsibilities at CCG include research relating to new communications
technology, development of electronic/photonic equipment plans and
specifications (P&S) and outside plant P&S, strategic technical long range
planning, project planning and construction management.
Mr. Hart has provided consulting services to communications providers of all
types for over 30 years. His experience includes development of 20-year, 5-year
and 2-year communication system plans and designs including buildings, vaults,
conduit and manhole systems, towers, switching systems including intelligent
network platforms, fiber networks, radio systems (point-point and point to
multi-point), coaxial systems and twisted pair community networks and local
networks.
Drew is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Electrical Engineering with 30-post graduate hours specializing in
communications and information theory. During the past 30 years, he has attended
in excess of 100 continuing education course and seminars, conducted educational
seminars on behalf of the telecommunications industry, authored several
technical papers/reports and provided expert testimony on several occasions. Mr.
Hart is a member and past board member of the Association of Communication
Engineers, a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers
(IEEE), the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Louisiana
Engineering Society.
Drew is fluent in several software languages and numerous current software tools
including spreadsheet, word processing, database, etc., including computer
automated design (CAD). Relevant to his engineering pursuits, Drew has never
been involved in any construction or any other related litigation nor has anyone
been injured on any project with which Hart has been associated.
