Engineering and Technology Compliance Monitoring Service
CCG will monitor and report on compliance issues of a technical, engineering and network nature associated with the actions and requirements of the following FCC Bureaus; Enforcement Bureau, Media Bureau, Office of Engineering and Technology, Wireline Competition Bureau, and Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau
Monitoring of related issues at the Public Service Commission level is also available.
Once you subscribe to this service, CCG will provide designated staff our Monthly Compliance Reminder (“Reminder”).
Each Reminder includes descriptions of voice, video and/or Internet action(s) required including deployment timeframes, required forms with reference names/numbers, and other requirements as well as notification of engineering and technology related FCC Notices of Proposed Rule Making and/or FCC Orders.
